Kern River Gas Transmission Company encourages and supports volunteerism in the communities where it does business and where its employees and their families live. In any given month, employees volunteer their personal time to assist senior citizens, coach youth athletics, tutor school children, lead scouting programs, participate in civic beautification programs and lend a helping hand to organizations that need manual labor. Many organizations count on Kern River employees to help improve the quality of life in the community.
