Delta Lateral Project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is the lead regulatory agency charged with oversight of interstate natural gas pipelines, including the Delta Lateral Project. FERC is responsible for guiding and supervising the project’s environmental review process in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act.
